The Van is in our hands!

Filed under: Uncategorized — Liz @ 4:10 pm

We picked up our van today from its home of two months, Tommy’s garage in Great Neck, LI. Thanks to this very talented mechanic, she runs very well and we’re ready to roll to Cape May, New Jersey on Sunday.

5 reasons why anthony is the coolest person we know (our first post)

Filed under: Uncategorized — Liz and Eli @ 3:50 pm

1 hats. he likes them. they like him. we think he looks good in them. it seems to work for everyone.

2 beard. he has the beard of a man. not the beard of a goat, nor the beard of a lama. we think it’s better this way.

3 mimi. he seems to think she is cool. we agree.

4 he knows the answers to questions that no one else does. ask him something. he will probably know the answer. he is usually right about it too. or at least as far as we can tell. when he is wrong, which will happen from time to time, he we remain convinced that he is right, till he discovers the real right answer. at that point he will tell you the real right answer and go back to being right about things. it seems to be working pretty well for him.

5 he made our website, and this blog for us. without being asked. he knew we would not be able to figure out how to do this on our own. he was right about that. he even made it possible for us to email in our posts because we would get confused otherwise. he was right about that too. at some point this blog will break and stop working properly. but anthony will most likely figure out what went wrong and fix it, before we even know it was broken. thats how things tend to work with anothony.

6 (cause 5 is not enough) he makes us do stuff that we would not have otherwise done. like maintain a blog. sometimes he makes us do things that we would never have thought of. because of that, we sometimes do not have known what we would have been missing. but in other cases, we know exactly what we are missing. like anthony. we will miss anthony a lot while we are away. but we are pretty sure that at some point we will have a problem, or need to do something we don’t fully understand. and we are pretty sure that anthony will have already solved most of the problem by the time we get the chance to tell him about it.

thanks anthony. we will bring you a new hat.
